What does “Fully Managed” include?
Gold provides comprehensive day-to-day property management, giving landlords a single point of contact for their property and tenants. Our management fee covers routine property management and administration. Certain specialist, exceptional or project-based services fall outside routine management and are charged separately where applicable — any additional charge will be clearly explained and agreed before work is undertaken wherever reasonably possible.
